Information we may collect from you when you interact with MKOBO

- The email address you use and the contents of your email (and any attachments).
- Public details from your social media profile (like Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms) if you reach out to us via these platforms, and the contents of your messages or posts to us.

How long do we keep your information?
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the relevant activity for which it was provided or collected. This will be for as long as we provide services to you, your account with us remains open or any period set out in any relevant contract you have with us. However, we may keep some data after your account is closed or you cease to use our services for the purposes set out below:- We keep most of your data as long as you’re using MKOBO, and for 7 years after that to comply with the law and if we face a legal challenge. In some circumstances, like cases of anti-money laundering or fraud, we may keep data longer if we need to (that’s in our legitimate interest) and/or the law says we have to.
- To work out how long we keep different categories of data, we consider why we hold it, how sensitive it is, how long the law says we need to keep it for, and what the risks are.
